We put in a lot of time and love into handcrafting your Bowy Trendy accessories and your satisfaction is very important to us!

We don't Provide CANCELLATION once the Order Placed at any situation

We are unable to accept RETURNS for dislikes and slight variation on prints as it will vary from Monitors to Monitors as well as the Design of Fabric we are using . We do our Best to deliver of what we showed.

We are working on NO REFUND policy as we put our heart and soul to deliver you.

We Provide EXCHANGE for any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video! 

All we ask is that you drop us an email along with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.

In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and also for getting a new one in exchange.
